2nd status drop down

Hello! please advise if it is technically possible to add additional drop down to the place as in the screen shot below…i need to create something like “closing reason” or smth like that:


so as you can see there is a drop down “choose a closing status” and i would like to add one more drop down "choose a closing reason"
please advise if it is possible,
many thanks in advance!

The status is the only field that can be selected in that area. Other custom fields will appear in the right-hand request info area. You can make those fields required, or have a trigger reopen a request if the custom field is not filled in when it is closed.
