Is there a way to add a “from” email address to the tickets that matches that of a staff member?
You can’t add a ‘from’ email address exactly or else replies would go back to that persons personal email which would be bad as it would be outside of the system.
What you can do is in each mailboxes setting you can adjust the “account name” which is what shows in the personal part of a “from”. You can use placeholders there to insert the assigned or replying users first and/or last name.
So in most mail clients that show just a name it will look like a personal email even though in reality the email itself is still help@ or whatever you’re using.
