We already have HelpSpot and we’re looking for a way to add custom links to each ticket. For instance, we provide customer service to over 200 companies, we want to make sure that we include special links for how to login, to the faq, etc that show that company’s respective domain name or subdomain in our response. We are using rails. Is there a page about this in the manual? I went through but am not exactly sure what I should link our developers to.

The problem is with over 200 portals, we need to make sure we’re giving the right company/category etc names and logins.
