Add Fields to Ticket Request Form


I was wondering if it is possible to Add Fields to the Ticket Request Form. We like to track our hardware by our asset tags. If we can add the asset tag field to the request form that would allow us to track the issues by not only the user but also by hardware. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
