I created a custom field. These apparently do not appear without fist changing a template is that correct? I searched the knowledge base for custom field but a how to didn’t pop right out at me. We’re a new HotSpot user.
Do you mean you want to show it on the submit a request form? If so all you need to do is go back and edit it and check the box next to “Show this field on the public request form”
