Currently only admin users can move items to the Trash. Our normal users should be able to do this as many messages we get (bounce backs, etc.) could b easily handled by them. Is there any way to accomplish this?
There’s not a built in way to do this currently, but you could create a “user trash” status type which users could move requests to and an admin could occasionally move or you could move daily via an automation rule.
Thanks Ian. I guess that would work. I’ll have to work on setting that up. Do you think that is a feature that could be added in a later release?
We are looking into more granular permissions in a future release so we’ll certainly consider this as a permissions option.
