API Push - accessing ID Returned

#1

I have been working with the PUSH API to post responses to an outside system. I am able to see the ID Returned in the details link.

Is there a way to access the ID Returned programatically in subsequent PUSHes?

Thanks!

Well, if you implement a details method you’ll be able to click on “details” in the UI to query back to the original system to get details. If you mean from one push see the others you can’t do that directly via the API. What you could do though is in the Push code run a database query against HelpSpot’s HS_Request_Pushed table. You’d be looking for where xRequest is your request and you can return the sReturnedID column to use the other ID’s previously returned for that request.
