API sFileBody

I’m trying to upload an html file as an attachment to a ticket through curl, my options look like this:

-F"File1_sFilename=Original Email"
-F"File1_sFileMimeType=text/html"
-F"File1_sFileBody=file.html"

The ticket gets made but the attachment doesn’t show up. Does the html file have to be web accessible from HelpSpot or something like this?

Hi Ariel,

You have a few problems.

1- You must include customer information and a tNote and xCategory (not shown here so just mentioning it)

2- sFilename should be the file name not the body of the file

3- it should be bFileBody not sFileBody

4- The file body needs to be base64 encoded
