Assigned Tickets - Report


I want to run a report that shows tickets taken by individuals on the day taken, not the Opened day. If I runt he report today, it shows nothing as the ticket was created yesterday. Any ideas.


Hi Kath,

We have a first assignment speed report, that may be more in the ballpark, though there’s not a direct way to just get a list of tickets taken today based on the assignment date. Currently things aren’t stored in a way to allow that.
