Hi,
I know you can modify the auto email notifications that get sent out via Admin - tools - Modify Email templates, but I am struggling to find one in particular. the template that is used when a job is assigned to me. The subject line in the email normally looks like this: HelpSpot:Request Update {2351}. Can someone please point me in the direction of it, i need to add the detail of the original request to the notification, currently there is no comment of original reqest in the email.
