Automatic CC customer contact person on public update

We have a customer who require their head chief to be CC on all our support reponses.

Is it possible to setup Helpspot to automatically insert that person into the CC when a request with user in their organization gets an update?

E.g. sends us a support request
when we update the case with public request is automatically CC in our update…


In Admin > Settings > Email Integration, there is a “Global BCC” option that should do exactly that. Screenshot:

I don’t want a global BCC, just for cases/request that belongs to this particular customer.
