Automation for multiple tickets being open


We’re on version 2.6.3, and I don’t think my company is upgrading any time soon. Do we have the ability with this version to set up an automation rule to notify us when when a certain number of a certain type of ticket is opened?

What I’m looking to do is have the system send us a notification if more than 5 or 10 high priority tickets is opened within a 15 minute period. I can find a way to notify with every high priority ticket that’s opened within 15 minutes, but not a way to let us know once there are 5 of them.
