Automation Rule by Date


Is there a way to setup an automation rule that is started by a date? I would like to generate an email 14 days after a custom date field is completed.



Yes this is possible. Basically you will want to check if the date field is past 14 days You will also want to make sure that you include another check along with that so it doesn’t run over and over again. So something like setting the status to escalated and then checking to make sure the status isn’t yet escalated.
