Automation Rules - Customer ID

Can the customer id field be added to the “actions” choices in automation rules? Example:
if email contains “customer.com” set customerid = “99-9999”

In fact, there are probably other fields that could be added to this as well.

Interesting idea, I’ve noted it for consideration in a future release.

Is there any way around this until it is implemented?
