Automation Rules - Customer ID


Can the customer id field be added to the “actions” choices in automation rules? Example:
if email contains “” set customerid = “99-9999”

In fact, there are probably other fields that could be added to this as well.


Interesting idea, I’ve noted it for consideration in a future release.


We could really do with the feature talked about in this previous forum topic -
