Is there anyway to do the above? I’ve set up an automation rule to escalate incidents based on whether they are urgent and how long they’ve been opened for (basically to adhere to an SLA). Part of our SLAs is that certain people will be notified once it gets to certain levels. Currently it seems if I want to send an email to 5 different people I have to add 5 actions and then copy and paste the email into each of them, which isn’t ideal.
Yes, you could do an email table of results as John says. That would produce a list which they’d each receive.
To do what you describe you would have to duplicate the email. One way around it though would be to use the email external option and send it to a distribution list you setup on your mail server with the standard groups of people you generally need to notify.
