AWS Architecture

Been using HS now for the past decade on prem in two companies. Since we are moving almost everything else to AWS is there a set of best practices / reference architecture on the services you guys use?

Thinking of fargate or elastic beanstalk for compute, and S3 for storage?

was also thinking if the license allows to load balance a couple web servers and split off an instance to handle the scheduled tasks and mail checking.

Any guidance is appreciated as we start to explore the next steps.

For most individuals hosting helpspot on AWS is most easily done by using HelpSpot cloud. We handle all the backend work for you. If you want to host it yourself in AWS I would overall recommend keeping things simple. An ec2 instance with an RDS database could be a good way to go.
