Beta Suggestion - Forward Emails

Might I make a suggestion - the ability to forward all correspondance in a support email to an external source email. This is useful for when the support staff wants to forward a support ticket to the CTO or something.

This would be vastly useful for us.

In V3 you can subscribe someone on a request so they get all the emails, they will need to be a HelpSpot licensed user though.

Otherwise, something like this could be built with the API fairly easily. It would just check for requests perhaps with a certain tag or custom field value and then find all those requests and create an email to update the person.
