Can Helpspot schedule the creation of routine tickets?


Can HelpSpot be set to automatically create requests for things that are done every month, or every week?

For instance scheduling a request to run monthly reports, so every month on a certain day a new request is created for a tech to do that?

I looked at the API manual. As a quick fix, I’m going to write a little scheduler and have it send emails at set times and use the “Advanced Tags” mentioned in the API Manual to route them to the right category and staff member.
