Cannot access database


I just migrated Helpspot to another new host. I encountered the “Cannot access database” message.

What would be the likely causes to it?

Any help is appreciated.

Generally this means that the config.php file has incorrect settings when attempting to connect to the database.

Were there any other details to the error message? Perhaps check the “data/logs/helpspot.log” file to see if anything is there as well.
