I’m trying to find out how to change the Contacted via once a request has been created. Any way to do this?
That’s not currently possible, it’s set at create time. It can be modified in the database, but no UI currently for that. The different types have some different things going on so switching between can have some implications. It is something we’re considering though.
Depending on what you’re trying to store using a custom field might be another option.
