Change "Urgent" checkbox text?

Can it be changed easily? Just changes to portal templates I’m hoping??

We’d like to change it to “Service failure” or something user friendly like that… :smiley:

Hi Greg,

Yes, you can just update the text in the request.tpl.php file. It’s a variable so it’s a little tricky, but just replace:

<?php echo lg_portal_req_urgent ?>

with whatever text you like.
