We have several filters built personally and globally. They are organized in folders on the left-hand side. For some reason now, after you open the folder and click on a filter the folder closes/collapses on the page refresh. Could these be left expanded?
This is a bug that is corrected in HelpSpot 4.8.20. You can upgrade to correct it.
This was working fine for years, how does a bug get introduced to old versions of HS and the only fix is to upgrade? Not a possibility for my current setup, can this be fixed outside of upgrading to the latest version?
