Closing Multiple Tickets



I have several hundred tickets that I would like to close and NOT send updates to the users that they have been closed.

Is there a way to do this in bulk?



Hi Melanie,

Yes, HelpSpot only sends a customer update when you actually add a note. So you can simply define a filter (Workspace->Filter Requests) with all your tickets you’d like to close (or use My Queue if they’re in there) and check them all off. Then at the bottom select “close requests” from the drop down and submit it. All the requests will be closed.
