Is there a way to completely delete a ticket from the system? We had a customer email us their credit card information and we need to delete it from the system.
It’s not currently possible in the UI. You can delete just that history item in the database though. It will be in the HS_Request_History table. Search the xRequestHistory ID and delete just that row. You can find the ID for that history item by mousing over the customer image (in V3 this is) and opening the menu to do a direct link which has the ID in the URL.
