This is hard to test on our end since it’s using an internal IP address, however the best way to test it out is to hit that HTTP end point directly from within your HelpSpot server.
This will test that your HelpSpot instance can reach that HTTP end point, and also hopefully surface any errors in the script.
You may want to adjust the top of the script (after the opening tags
<?php) as well to ensure PHP is reporting errors:
Are you using Windows or Linux?
In either case, try logging into your server where HelpSpot and making a web request to that LiveLookup end point. This will tell you if there is an issue reaching the script over HTTP.
On linux, you can make a curl request:
On windows you may just want to open IE and add that URL to the browser (again, from within the HelpSpot server) to see if it can reach it.
If it takes a long time / times out, then there’s likely an issue of the web request making requests over port 81, or an issue of that script making a connection to the server that is hosting MySQL.
