cPanel installation

#1

Hi!,
I’m hosting my web site and utilizing cPanel. Did anyone install HelpSpot directly on cPanel and have any documentation, tips,…
Thanks,
Alex

Hi Alex,

It should be pretty straight forward.

Unzip the files in your HTML root, or desired folder.
Create the database using the cPanel wizard
Run the installer script (http://my-helpspot-site.com/installler.php)
Create the cron jobs for tasks.php and tasks2.php

Let us know if you ran into any errors!
