Create a CSV report tht includes ACTUAL TICKETS



I would like to be able to pull up our “cancel requests” and batch them out for Winback attempt. How do I generate a report that will give me the Request ID, Customer ID info? It will not let me create a report for “View Requests”.


Any filter can be exported to CSV so simply create a filter with the columns you want and then in the top right of the filter you can export it to CSV.
