Create filter on date case opened


I’m trying to create a saved filter that will just display cases that have been open for over 1 week, but there does not seem to be a request field for date opened in the filter dropdown. Am I missing something?


For that use ‘minutes since opened’ is ‘greater than’ ‘10080’ minutes (7 days)
