Create Request with blank Public Note inserts unexpected string into Public Note field



In Helpspot 2.4.7, when we use Create Request to create a new request, enter an email address and select the “Create Request” button, an unexpected text string appears in a Public Note entry for the request. The string starts with:


No email is sent.

Is this a known issue?
