Creating Custom Reports



We’re using HelpSpot to track requests for specific software titles for inclusion in our VDI platform. We want to create a report that shows the TITLE for every ticket from our “Software Request” category. Not sure which canned report to modify to achieve this or if there is a way to create a custom report from scratch.

You won’t be able to display a list of titles from the reports UI as that’s just aggregate data. You should be able to do this from the filters.
