Custom Customer Field

Is it possible to add a custom field that maps to the customer, not the ticket?

For instance, if we want create SLA levels (Silver, Gold, Diamond) and have that mapped to the customer.

Or if we wanted to pull in what the customer has recently purchased from WooCommerce or something along those lines?
