Custom fields on the portal page


I’m using several ‘Custom Fields’ on the ticket system.
However, is there a way that the user (customer) can see and use these fields while launching a request through the portal?

I thought this would be the case when I’ve selected ‘show this fiel on the public request form’ on the settings page of the custom field. However, that’s not the case.


I think you are probably just missing the step of also making the category public. Custom fields by default are attached to a selected list of categories. Make the category public and then any custom fields that are also in that category and public will appear on the portal as well.
