Custom Responses - Set on Public


Using Helpspot since October 2014. Works great.

My default setting on new requests is Private. I have started to make custom responses. It makes life a lot easier.
Is it possible to make a custom response and put it on Public automatically, so I can mail them directly?


Yes, you can!

In the responses, click the “Note Options” tab. It’s the “Change Note” option.


Can’t believe I missed that.
