Custom Responses - With Attachment

Hi there,

Is it possible to include within the responses the ability to attach without manually having to do it each time the response is sent?

Hi Joe,

That’s something we’re going to be adding in a future release for sure, but currently that’s not possible.

If it’s the same document you could for now put it up on Dropbox, Droplr, etc and just embed the link to it in your response.

I think you are now adding this feature into your current release is that correct?

This is a feature of the soon to be released, Version 4, which I am SUPER stoked about. If everybody only knew how long HelpSpot Support Team has been requesting this very feature!!! :+1: :+1::+1:
