Hi
I am looking for a way to customize the Request Details view, so that all relevant information are positioned in a logical order.
At the moment the order is the following:
Status
Category
Assigned To
Reporting Tags
then the custom fields appear.
But I would like to have a custom field just below the “Category” as it is meant to further narrow down the product the customer is reporting a problem with.
It doesn’t make sense if this custom field is shown under the reporting tags and not directly below the Category.
Is there a way to rearrange this fields? Maybe in HelpSpot 5?
