Customize Request Details Section

Hi
I am looking for a way to customize the Request Details view, so that all relevant information are positioned in a logical order.

At the moment the order is the following:

Status
Category
Assigned To
Reporting Tags
then the custom fields appear.

But I would like to have a custom field just below the “Category” as it is meant to further narrow down the product the customer is reporting a problem with.
It doesn’t make sense if this custom field is shown under the reporting tags and not directly below the Category.
Is there a way to rearrange this fields? Maybe in HelpSpot 5?

The order of each of those sections in HelpSpot is fixed. Each Section that you list there is important to the way that HelpSpot functions.
