I would like to have a field where the “customer’s company” would be reflected. This in the same “section” as the other customer information like “First Name”, “Last Name”, “Contacted Via”, “Email”, “Phone”, “Customer ID” and not on the right side where the “custom fields” are positioned.
Is there a way to change and/or add any fields in the “Customer” Tab at the top of the ticket?
For example, phone is something we hardly ever need and therefore it shouldn’t be positoned as prominent as it is now.
Is this possible, maybe in helpspot 5?
