I am really new to HelpSpot and have been given the task of setting it up for my support team. Everything so far has been really straightforward, however we would like to be able to send out customised emails that are branded according to the look and feel of our organisation.
Is this possible? I cant seem to find any help manuals detailing this process. The only templating process that is explained in details is customising the HelpSpot interface.
Can someone please help me out?
