Customizing request fields

Dear Ian,

I was wondering if it’s possible to place custom request fields in the upper section next to standard fields like “name”, “email” and "phone. I created 2 custom request fields which are automaticly placed in the “request details” section, but I’d like to see them in the upper section.

Hi Julian,

Currently there’s no way to place those fields outside of the request details box, but we’ll consider this for a future release.
