Dashboard/Report Question

I’m evaluating HelpSpot for my org. Is there a way to create either a dashboard or a report so that department heads can see all tickets that have been opened by someone in their department? The department heads shouldn’t be able to edit/close tickets, just view status. Thx!

There’s aren’t really “read only” users in HelpSpot. You would need to use the API to pull that data and display it on your own page / dashboard. Here is an example of using Microsoft Dynamics https://www.helpspot.com/blog/integrating-helpspot-with-microsoft-power-bi
