Date and Time



I would like to know if it is possible to select the “Short Date Format” instead of the “Date format” for various fields. The reason is we would like to be able to see the time that a new reply is sent to us in the history. To do this we need to have hours and minutes in the “Date format” but would like to not see the hours and minutes in the “Last Update Field”.

Currently it’s all or nothing. It can’t be specified per column and there’s not a workaround for it at this time.
