Hi All,

I have multiple categories and want to make one the default when the ticket is taken. I can’t seem to find how to do that. Can you please assist.

Hi Kath,

There’s not currently a setting exactly like that. However, you could use a trigger that just applies the category to every new request created.

Just make sure when creating the trigger you set it for new requests and not updated ones.
