Detect Updated Tickets from Zapier

I want to find a way to push an update to Zapier when tickets are updated. Some information I found people have the “Update” trigger, But all I have is “Search” and “New Request”.

Generic “update” type triggers are not allowed by Zapier. You will need to use the built in Zapier Webhook catching app and then use a trigger in HelpSpot to send a webhook (https://www.helpspot.com/blog/using-webhooks) to the Zapier endpoint.
