Different Staff Signatures for Different Portals


I have secondary portals set up for two different brands. And I have some staff that float between the brands. What are others doing to handle staff signatures between different portals? Is there a fluid way to have a signature automatically appended that automatically references the correct portal?

The best option I’m seeing is to change staff signatures to just their name. And then have a custom “Public Notes to Customers” template for the accounts of the different brands and reference the brand name and website in the template.

Any other ideas?

Yes, that would be the way to do it. Have them put their name, title, direct phone line (if you use that) in their sigs and then put the brand specific stuff in the public notes to customers template.
