E-Mail/Database Problem

Hello,

I installed the trial version and its been working well except for a problem that started today.

Some messages aren’t downloaded via POP3 and the error in the HelpSpot Error Log is:

Could not allocate space for object ‘dbo.HS_Request_History’.‘PK__HS_Request_Histo__6DCC4D03’ in database ‘HelpSpot’ because the ‘PRIMARY’ filegroup is full. Create disk space by deleting unneeded files, dropping objects in the filegroup, adding additional…

We’re using HelpDesk on a Windows 2003 server, IIS 6.0.

Hi Sharie,

This looks to be an issue with your SQL Server database. Make sure for the database you’re using that you have unlimited growth setup. You might have it set to a fixed amount which is now full.
