Easy-Insert Placeholders in Ticket Note

There are times where I would like to add multiple placeholders directly into a note without using a response. Having a feature where you start typing certain characters and have the note auto-suggest the completion would be really useful here (e.g., a user types ##cust and gets a pop-up that says “##CUSTOMERFIRST##” or “##CUSTOMERLAST##” and so on).

It would be even nicer if a user could simply start typing the first few letters of a placeholder after ## and have the actual values be auto-suggested (e.g., a user types ##cust and gets a pop-up that says “Bill” or “Jenkins” and so on).
