Email about 2nd contact


Is there a way to set up HelpSpot to also send an email when a customer responds to an email sent through the system?

Right now I receive an initial email, which I can then respond to, but no notification of further contact. I’m trying to avoid having to keep HelpSpot open all the time as this is a small business and I’m working on other things.



Hi Erin,

Yes, you should receive an email each time the customer updates the request. The setting is in your settings in the upper right hand corner. Make sure “Send notifications via email” is checked.
