Email History per Request


I couldn’t find anything in the manual or forums, but is there a way to keep the email history of a request only down to the last correspondence.

We have some requests that may have 15 - 20 trips between HelpSpot and the customer. The size of these emails becomes quite large and full of useless info after the 10th correspondence.

Is there a way to have HelpSpot NOT include the email history or keep it shortened to the user’s last response?



Hi Jeff,

Not currently, but something along these lines is planned for version 2. Basically the last X history notes will be shown and the rest will be hidden by default, but accessible if needed.
