Email Integration (Replies to notification emails are public)



I want to turn on (yes) Replies to notification emails are public in Settings>Email Integration so I can reply to my customers from my phone or wherever without having to launch my mobile app or log into HelpSpot. My question is, is there a way I can turn this feature on but also have the option to make it a private message to a coworker by putting some sort of tag in the subject line like [PVT] for private or similar?



There isn’t currently an option for anything like that. You will need to login to add a private reply in this case.
