So our web hoster moved us to a new server and now my helpspot installation email is no longer working. I was wondering if Chris or Matt might be reading the forms and can help me out or Ian or any other knowledgeable person.
Here are the error logs that we receive maybe it will give you guys some clues on what settings or sections need to be modifiied. Below is the gist of the log error that i see.
mail import: Cannot connect to #IMAP Errors-> File.php
ERROR: Connection could not be established with Host server204.webhostingpad.com [connection time out #110]
Log data ++Starting Swift_smtpTranspoort !!
It gives several of those errors multiple times
If any of you can let me know which areas or what we need to put in place that would be great.
