Just wondering where I might start on an issue like this. Incoming email is being retrieved from the pop address by the cron job. So that part - the customer end - works, but the problem is that notifications to me via email and SMS are not happening.
Figured it out. I didn’t have notifications set up for each category, which raises a question or issue for me. I’d rather be able to send SMS messages before items are assigned. Not sure I can do that???
Sure you can do that. In your settings (upper right corner) set it to notify you on unassigned new requests. Any requests that are not auto-assigned will notify you.
